Your budget is off pace. There are 8 days left to fix it.

Most budgeting apps tell you what went wrong on the 1st of next month. Yaba shows your household where the month is heading while it's still running — the pace, the forecast, and the categories actually driving it — then helps you do something about it.

The Yaba overview screen for the Keshet household in April 2026: a pace-versus-budget headline reading $570.47 over budget, a projected-versus-actual chart with a forecast of $2,847.27, a top-drivers list showing Dining at 116% and Subscriptions at 118% of budget, recent transactions, and a twelve-month cashflow chart.

What makes it different

Three things a spreadsheet will never do for you.

Yaba is built for households that share money across people, accounts and currencies — and for the awkward truth that knowing your numbers isn't the same as changing your habits.

Built for a household, not a person

One shared picture across every member and account — joint checking, personal cards, cash, savings pots. Each transaction remembers who spent it and from where, and multi-currency balances roll up into a single household number.

An advisor, not a dashboard

Ask anything about your money in plain language and get a straight answer. Yaba also speaks up on its own when a pattern is worth your attention.

Dining is on pace to overshoot by $94. Shift $80 from Entertainment?

Habits, not month-end reports

Pace, projection and drivers update every day the month is still open. You meet the overshoot on day 12, while a small correction is still enough — instead of reading about it on day 31, when nothing can be done.

The loop

See it, understand it, adjust it — every month.

Financial habits don't change because you saw a pie chart. They change when the feedback arrives early enough to act on, and small enough to act on cheaply.

01

See the month before it ends

Pace against budget, a projected total for the month, and a ranked list of the categories driving it. Not a summary of the past — a read on where today's spending lands.

02

Understand what actually changed

Compare against last month by category, account and person. Subscriptions up 11%? Yaba names the two line items responsible instead of leaving you to hunt.

03

Adjust while it still matters

Move money between categories, retune a budget that was never realistic, or top up a goal. Small corrections, repeated, are what a habit is made of.

Also in the box

The unglamorous parts, done properly.

Bank sync and manual entry Connected accounts for the automatic stuff, a fast manual entry for the cash and the splits that never sync cleanly.
Multi-currency by default Hold GBP, USD and EUR side by side. Yaba converts for the household total and leaves each account in its own currency.
Goals with a required rate Set a target and a date. Yaba tells you the monthly contribution it actually takes, and flags when you drift off it.
Merchants that learn Recurring merchants get recognised and categorised on sight, so your ledger stays clean without weekly tidying.
